No equipment? No problem! Your personal trainer can build you a personalized plan for any situation. You’ll enjoy customized bodyweight routines that are fun and challenging while also incorporating common household items. If you’re interested in purchasing equipment for your home gym, your personal trainer is happy to provide you with recommendations based upon your goals and budget.
